BB200 OEM – Black Body Unit

The Workswell BB200 OEM is a highly accurate black-body radiation source for infrared thermography in OEM version with the possibility of customizing the company logo and article number (see details below).

The BB200 OEM offers continuous temperature settings from 30-200 °C (86 °F to 392 °F), with a 0.1°C (0.18 °F) single step. Its surface, a 100mm-diameter, temperature-stabilized area, is designed with pyramid shapes that increase emission stability and reduce reflective effects. With a surface emissivity of 0.95 ±0.005 for the LWIR spectrum and a long-term time stability that is better than ±0.08 %, the BB200 OEM takes thermography to the next level.

Custom Design:

The Workswell BB200 OEM offers custom design options, allowing the black body to be adapted to your corporate identity. These include laser-engraved company logos and article numbers (up to 10 characters). The customisation is included in the price, with a minimum order quantity of 4 units. The required logo should be provided in .ai format. The package includes a black body, calibration certificate, ball adapter, power supply, and transport case.

Simple and Cost-Effective Calibrator:

The BB200 is designed as a simple, cost-effective, and high-accuracy calibrator for thermal cameras used in fever screening. It features a mounting hole with a standard 1/4-20 UNC thread, and is constructed from a special Teflon body with aluminium parts. The device’s temperature value can be stored in its memory, which loads automatically when connected to a power supply. An OLED display shows both the set and actual surface temperature values.

SDK for Developing Custom Applications:

The Workswell BB200 OEM includes an SDK (standard development kit) for custom application development. This SDK allows for reliable integration and remote control of the BB200 via RS485 or USB-C. A comprehensive manual and a sample application are provided for quick understanding of the SDK functions. Communication can be established using a nine-pin RS485 cable or a USB-C cable (supported from version 1.4.17 onwards). Optional accessories include an RS485 cable, RS485 to USB converter, and USB cable.
